When using a screen reader in ArcGIS Experience Builder, the button's name changes the first time it is selected and differs when returning to it.

Additional Information
The screen reader behavior might vary from browser to browser, or OS to OS. Also, sometimes the info will be picked up by the SR when entering a DOM, but not later. It is not something Experience Builder could control, unfortunately. If any defects of the actual application's DOM are found, log an issue regarding this matter.Steps to Reproduce
