When using a keyboard connected to an iOS device via Bluetooth, entering the ArcGIS Online organization short name for enterprise logins fail to allow all characters to be entered for the short URL.

Workaround

For ArcGIS Online, enter the organization short name in the URL bar when loading the site. For Collector for ArcGIS, sign in without the Bluetooth keyboard connected.
