When using a Filter expression for a layer in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 that has domains and published from ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1, the domains are separated by commas

This defect is logged against a software version that is no longer supported. The issue is not reproducible in the newer version when using Map Viewer (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x). The Map Viewer Classic (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 3.x) is now deprecated (See deprecation notice https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 ). It is recommended to use Map Viewer for all workflows.Workaround
