Bug
When using a dynamic map service and a cached image service as basemaps, switching from the map service to image service using the Basemap Gallery widget doesn't render the image service in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS.

It is a known limitation. All basemaps in the widget must be either tiled map services or dynamic map services. Unsupported basemaps are now excluded from the widget.Steps to Reproduce
