When uploading multiple TIFF files with different pyramid levels as an image collection in Portal for ArcGIS, a part of the image is visible at a certain scale level.

Workaround
Upload the TIFF files without auxiliary files or do not create a pyramid level in ArcGIS Pro (pyramid level [0]).
