Bug
When uploading a zipped file geodatabase to ArcGIS Online, layers are converted to UTC, even if the layers have a time zone specified in the layer properties.

Additional Information
This is expected behaviour when using a publishing method that does not prompt for a time zone. The time zone is specified in the layer properties from ArcMap, which is stored in the MXD properties, not in the actual file geodatabase.Workaround
Upload directly from ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, or add the tables as .CSV and specify the time zones.
