When uploading a vector tile package containing data with labels using the abbreviation dictionary, the abbreviations are not honored in Map Viewer.

Additional Information
This is not a hosted services issue but an issue with the vector tile package.Workaround
- Publish a raster tile package.
- Create a separate field for the abbreviations and label off this field.
