Bug
When uploading a CSV file with more than five records to ArcGIS Online, features are merged into a field with an apostrophe in the beginning.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
Instead of uploading the dataset as CSV, upload it as a .xlsx form.
- Open the .xlsx sheet titled 'Case02756517_xlsx'. Take note of field 'name2', but do not change it.
- Log in to ArcGIS Online and upload 'Case02756517_xlsx' as a hosted feature table (Content > Add Item > From your computer > Locate feature by: None, add as a table).
- Once it has been uploaded, click the Data tab.
- None of the features are merged.
