When updating the JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) in ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory 10.6.1 of a feature with a required field from blank to null, a new feature cannot be added to a web map.

Workaround

In ArcGIS Server 10.6.1, it is handy to be able to prevent a user to submit a point if they do not fill out the required fields. It is also handy for data submitted in ArcGIS Collector from multiple field workers. If they are unable to submit the data when the required fields are blank and have to choose a value from the domain list, errors in quality control and quality assurance can be reduced.
