When updating styles for a vector tile layer with stored credentials under the Portal for ArcGIS item detail page, the upload process fails for the vector tile JSON style file.

Duplicate of BUG-000138989Workaround
- Use the Edit in Vector Tile Style Editor option in the Portal for ArcGIS item detail page of the layer, then click Save in the editor.
- After the “Style saved successfully” message appears, return to the ArcGIS for Portal item detail page and the style can be updated without any issue.
