Additional Information

ArcGIS Pro versions prior to ArcGIS Pro 3.2 contained a drawing defect with some fonts where ascenders were not properly represented. This was reported as BUG-000138052 and BUG-000138577 and resolved in ArcGIS Pro 3.2. The defect caused lines of text to be too close together, and callouts to fit the top of text too closely as well. Resolving this defect did result in a change of bounds because the bounds were incorrect. In the case reported here, the paragraph text was defined in a fashion where the defined area tightly fit the text and the bounds change caused the text to overflow the area. Changing draw is generally avoided in the product, but done in this case given the incorrect nature of the existing behavior. There's no plans to restore the previous defective drawing.
