Workaround
1) Change default web browser to Internet Explorer by going to Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs tab select the Make default button.2) Register at http://service.esri.com/.3) Register at https://service.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=registration.gateway.Steps to Reproduce
