Additional Information
The value '40,00' is not a valid representation of a number as data, numbers have to be specified with a point for the decimal mark and no grouping ('thousands') punctuation. In pop-up scenarios where a number is being derived from the data, use the UrlEncode Arcade function to ensure the data is in the correct format.
Workaround
Use the browser version of ArcGIS Survey123.
