Bug
When trying to open an existing report file with multiple related reports in ArcMap the following error message is returned, "Error: The reports source data item was not found in the current document."

Workaround
Manually re-link each of the related tables to the report. This can be accessed by clicking 'Yes' on the error message in ArcMap.Steps to Reproduce
