Bug
When trying to duplicate a web map with deleted layers in ArcGIS Field Maps Designer, the error message shows "Unable to duplicate map - Check your internet connection" even though the issue is not related to the internet connection.

Workaround
Save the web map in the Map Viewer with the "Save As" option.
