When trying to create a TIN from a large GRID with a small Z Tolerance using ArcToolbox > 3D Analyst Tools > Conversion > Raster to TIN, the large number of resulting TIN nodes may cause the tool to fail, leaving the TIN incomplete. ArcMap may crash with an 'unreferenced memory' error.
