Additional Information
The ArcGIS StoryMap resources exceed the file size limitation on the server. The issue does not rest with the ArcGIS API for Python. Future releases of the ArcGIS API for Python supports cloning of StoryMaps so the sample code used is longer necessary.Workaround
Make the story smaller so the code is successful.
