Bug
When trying to authorize ArcIMS 10 on Unix/Linux platforms, the authorization reads the provisioning file (.prvs) but does not authorize the software. When going through the manual steps, the user information and ECP number must be entered. However, users are also required to enter a license key that they do not have.
