Duplicate of BUG-000138331: This is as designed. In ArcGIS Pro 2.7, zero, null, or non-numeric values for X, Y, or Z coordinates are skipped and the corresponding rows are noted in a log file. The changes are made to ensure the output data only contains valid coordinates. The corresponding help topic will be updated to reflect the new behavior.
