When the user is logged out of the machine, the Buffer analysis is not executed through a Python script when run as a scheduled task using ArcGIS Pro 'propy.bat'.

Additional Information

As a workaround, instead of using 'propy.bat', the user can specify the full path to the Python.exe. For example "C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3\python.exe" c:\Temp\Buffer.py.
