Bug
When the user is a part of more than 53 groups in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, the Share Package tool fails and returns the following error message, “ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail. Failed to execute (SharePackage).”

The issue is not addressed. Despite the error message, the process completes successfully. User may disregard the error or remove the user from unnecessary Portal groups until fewer than 54.Steps to Reproduce
