When the US Wildfire Activity Web Map is opened, the menus for 'Add', 'Analysis' and 'Directions' disappear.

The web map provided in the steps to reproduce has had "Save As" disabled in the settings. As a result, modifications cannot be made to the map and it cannot be saved. "Check this option to allow others to save a copy of your map. Uncheck it when you want your map to be viewed as you configured it and you do not want it to be easily copied and saved by others."
