When the tick pattern is set to Coordinate System in the Grids and Graticules Designer, not all of the ticks for a segment are created.

Workaround
1. In the Designer, select Ticks component under UTM Right Gridzone>Segments 2.2. Right-click the component and open the Properties window.3. Change the ticks pattern from Neatline to Coordinate System.4. This time the ticks are drawn but do not meet the client's requirements of spacing.Steps to Reproduce
