Bug
When the sub-layers of a group layer in an ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS web map are turned off, these sub-layers do not appear in Collector for ArcGIS (Android) although the sub-layers are turned back on through the Layers tab.

This issue is not addressed for Collector Classic (Android) 18.0.3. This issue is not reproducible in the new Collector for ArcGIS (Android) 20.1.Workaround
- Save the web map with sub-layers turned on in the group layer.
- Use Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) or Collector for ArcGIS (Windows).
