Bug
When the pop-ups of a feature layer are configured with custom HTML in ArcGIS Pro, published to ArcGIS Online, and used in ArcGIS Experience Builder, the attribute table will appear blank.

Workaround
In the "Show/hide columns" option, manually check on all the attributes.
