When the polygon features are clipped and synced within ArcGIS Pro, the clipped geometry is not synced back up to the original feature service.

Additional Information

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.

Workaround

Take the file geodatabase from the offline edits and update the layer on the web GIS level.
