When the password for the account used to connect to an external identity store is changed, display a useful error message when ArcGIS Server fails to connect to it using the old password.

Workaround
Open ArcGIS Server Manager > Security > Security Store Configuration (looks like a pencil icon), choose Users/Roles from Windows Domain > Type the updated password for your domain user account > finish wizard.
