Bug
When the output raster is saved in an enterprise geodatabase, the Extract by Mask tool fails with the following 99999 error, "Table not registered."

This is fixed. It cannot be reproduced in Pro1.4 and Desktop 10.5.Workaround
When using the Extract by Mask tool, save the output raster in a file geodatabase as an intermediate geodatabase, and then import the raster datasets from the file geodatabase to an enterprise geodatabase.Steps to Reproduce
