When the output of the Make Multidimensional Raster Layer tool is exported as Cloud Raster Format (CRF), the pixel cells are shifted compared to the temporary raster or other formats.

Additional Information
Saving to CRF resamples the data to have a square cell. Saving to a TIFF file can maintain rectangle cell size and avoid the shift in pixel cells.Workaround
Save the temporary raster created by the Make Multidimensional Raster Layer tool as a TIFF file or another format.
