Bug
When the OS Locale is set to Japanese (LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8), the Export Web Map Task geoprocessing service is unable to be printed as a PDF, and the following error message is returned, "Error performing execute operation."

This issue was logged against a version of the software which is no longer supported, and has not had activity in some time. Change the OS locale to LANG=en_US.UTF-8. However, this changes the language of the OS to English.
