Bug
When the map service and basemap are not in the same coordinate system, using the 'Show All Features' option in the Info Summary widget returns ( Geometry (wkid: #####). This function cannot be converted to the spatial reference of the map (wkid: ####) and no pop-ups are displayed.

Publish content where the Map Data frame property matches with the Feature Class in the Table of Contents.
