This issue is to be fixed as part of the release of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.Workaround
Change the width of the Job Information dialog box on the fly using HTML through the developer tools.
- Navigate to the developer tools.
- Select elements.
- Navigate to <div style> and change the width to be equal to 100. The desired details are displayed.
