Bug
When the language format on Microsoft Windows operating systems is set to Czech, the Raster to ASCII tool output does not preserve the dot (.) as the decimal separator. The dot is replaced by a comma (,).

This issue is reproducible in ArcGIS Desktop 10.4.1, 10.5, and ArcGIS Pro 1.4.Workaround
In the Regions and Language dialog box, go to the Formats tab, and change the language format to English.Steps to Reproduce
