When the Iterate Multivalue tool is run in batch mode, only the first iteration of input values are successful, the other inputs are ignored.

Additional Information

Running model with an iterator in batch mode is not recommended.

Workaround

Call the model in Python and set it up as a Script tool and then run the Script tool in batch mode.
