When the full extent of a service crosses the antimeridian line, the resulting full extent is stretched across the full width of the basemap causing users to zoom to an incorrect location of the data.

This issue is logged against Map Viewer Classic (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 3.x), which is now deprecated (refer to the deprecation notice at https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x). Use Map Viewer for all workflows.
