Bug
When the FeatureSet.features() function, that returns an array of graphics, are added on a graphics layer, the graphics does not show up immediately, after zooming in and out graphics are displayed on the map.

Take existing https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/3/jssamples/query_buffer.html sample and work from this. It should work fine.Workaround
