When the "DEU" locator included in the Streetmap Premium for ArcGIS Europe HERE 2016 Release 1 is published as a geocode service with the "Suggest" functionality enabled, the "Suggest" operation does not return results for some addresses or returns incorrect results.

Additional Information

The standard address structure in Germany is as follows: Typing the City Name first will not result in finding street names, the geocode service will interpret the first input as a street name and search based on that assumption. Suggestions are only enabled in the following locators: StreetAddress, Postal, and AdminPlaces locators, so if you want to find street names and not get other suggestions for the other locators, try publishing just the StreetAddress locator and not the DEU/Germany composite.
