This issue is a duplicate of BUG-000175574. A workflow (BUG-000175574) could lead to the problem being experienced while editing. A fix for BUG-000175574 will be available in ArcGIS Pro 3.5, and it is also planned for the next ArcGIS Pro 3.3.x and 3.4.x patches. The resolution to BUG-000175574 should help alleviate this reoccurring symptom.
