When the ArcGIS Experience Builder Search widget has multiple layers set as the search source and the 'Data filtering changes' trigger action 'Zoom to' applied, the map only zooms to the features within the last listed layer.

Workaround
- Only have one layer set as the search source.
- Manually zoom in on the feature after it has been searched and identified.
