When taking the Modern Antique tile layer from one ArcGIS Online account to another, the tile layer adds as "World_Basemap_v2".

Additional Information

This is expected behavior when working with the REST URL. It is the core set of tiles used to support Esri vector basemap layers. Adding to maps or Add Item using the REST URL does not bring any particular styling. As mentioned in the workaround, to preserve styling use, search from within the ArcGIS platform to add vector tile layers from Esri.

Workaround

Search for a Living Atlas layer and add the layer to Map Viewer.
