When switching locators by putting a different locator at the top of the line in the ArcGIS Online Organization Utility Services page for Locators, it is required to sign out of Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) and sign in again to use that locator.

This issue is not reproducible in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 19.2.0.Workaround
Sign out and sign back in, for Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) to use the locator at the top of the list in ArcGIS Online.
However, exiting the application and reopening will run into BUG-000120478. If the user accidentally close out the app, then the user has to sign out and sign in each time this happens in order for Collector for ArcGIS to use the correct top listed locator in the ArcGIS Online Organization Utility Services page for Locators page.
