Bug
When submitting surveys with renamed attachments and the image question(s) defaulted to the .sde naming convention in the XLSForm, Survey123 for ArcGIS yields the error message, "Error performing upload operation, File size or type not supported for this service."

Workaround
Change the image question default name to 'image' or anything other than the default DB_Name.DBO.ServiceName_image.
Leave the image question name the default and default the name of the image when taking the survey.
The submission is successful.
