When submitting surveys on mobile devices, the Survey123 for ArcGIS app either gets stuck at "Getting Service Information" or produces "Error 498 Invalid token" for the submission after 30 minutes, instead of prompting users to sign back in. When attempting to download a survey after the 30 minute token length expires, Survey123 for ArcGIS gets stuck at "Searching for surveys".
