Additional Information

This issue is caused by the formatting of the integer attribute in the web map pop-up. The Czech (cs-CZ) locale uses a space as the thousand separator, so by default, one thousand appears in the web map pop-up as '1 000'. This space breaks the custom URL: everything after the space is omitted, so Survey123 for ArcGIS receives only the first digit. Workaround: In the web map in ArcGIS Online, in the Configure Pop-up pane, click Configure Attributes. Select the integer field and disable the 'Use 1000 Separator' format option.

Workaround

Use English language.
