When submitting a form from the ArcGIS Survey123 web app, if the selected date in a Date question is outside the daylight saving days (Mar 12 – Nov 5), the time is captured as 11:00 AM instead of 12:00 PM.

Workaround

  • Use a DateTime question and set the date manually in the form.
