Bug
When sub mosaic datasets are added to a new master mosaic dataset, the overview items become regular rasters (the category changes from 2 to 1) and MinPS and MaxPS ( minimum and maximum pixel size) are altered.

The overviews in the input mosaic dataset will be the primary raster in the taget mosaic dataset using Table type, this is as designWorkaround
In the sub mosaic datasets, create two dummy fields called MinPS1 and MaxPS2 and copy over the original MinPS and MaxPS values. Create the master mosaic dataset, and transfer the dummy field values to the real MinPS and MaxPS in the master mosaic datasetSteps to Reproduce
