When splitting parcels, creating new seeds, and clicking the Build Active drop-down arrow returns the following error message, "The geometry has no z values."

Additional Information

This issue is non-reproducible in the latest version of the ArcGIS Parcel Fabric and ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround

Remove the township parcel type, and then do the editing.
