Bug
When signed out of Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) and reopening it while signed in, reverse geocoding an address, and default uses the Esri World Geocoder regardless of the geocoder set in ArcGIS Online Organization Utility Services page for Locators.

This issue is not reproducible in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 19.2.0.Workaround
Sign out and sign back into the organization in Collector for ArcGIS in order for the top locator in the Geocoding Utility section of the Organization page to be used.
