Bug
When sharing a web map created in arcgis.com on the embed website, there is an offset between where the mouse cursor clicks and where the application registers the point of the click. This makes it difficult to click on the correct features.

There is a small square buffer around the point. If I click in that area, the point/pop up is selected. Can't view Video. Need different format.Steps to Reproduce
