When setting the browser languages to Japanese and working with ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App on guided tours (Level 3: Add a web map layer from ArcGIS Online Living Atlas), users are prompted with only the first 2 of 20 steps presented in the pop-up. After Step 2, no pop-up is displayed.
